工作概述 JOB SUMMARY
直接对运营总监负责，贯彻执运营总监下达的经营管理指令及行政命令，严格按照酒店的政策制度和规定办事,以身作则。主持前厅部的日常工作，负责处理酒店对外的一切客务工作进行指导和管理。解决客人投诉，处理酒店内发生的紧急事件，保持与客人的良好关系，并帮助协调酒店各部门之间的运作。
