岗位职责：
1. 参与公司WEB端项目开发，负责模块设计、接口开发与系统联调，保障项目高质量交付；
2. 能够准确的理解需求，设计，并参与到整个项目流程中；
3. 负责系统的优化升级，攻关技术难题、优化系统性能，提升系统稳定性。

任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业，1年以上JAVA项目开发经验；
2. 熟悉Java语言、JVM、多线程编程；
3. 熟悉Spring、SpringBoot、mybatis等主流的开发框架；
4. 熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库；
5. 熟悉Linux操作系统、熟悉Shell编程，有实际部署项目经验优先；
6. 有较强的学习能力，严谨的逻辑思维，有良好的分析和解决问题能力及协调能力，有良好的编程习惯，简洁清晰的代码风格；
7. 有较强的沟通能力，及团队合作能力，发现问题可以及时沟通。
