能力要求：
1. 精通 Java/C/C++ 编程语言，具备扎实的面向对象编程思想与数据结构、算法基础，能熟练运用设计模式解决复杂技术问题。
2. 深入理解 Android 系统架构，熟悉 Framework 层核心服务（AMS、PMS、WMS 等）的工作原理、源码逻辑及交互流程，有 3 年以上 Android Framework 实际开发经验。
3. 深刻理解安卓音视频系统架构，如 AudioTrack, AudioRecord, MediaCodec, MediaExtractor, SurfaceView/TextureView 等。
4. 掌握 Android Binder 通信机制、Handler 消息循环、进程 / 线程管理、内存管理等底层原理，能独立完成 Framework 模块的定制化开发与性能优化。
5. 熟悉 Linux 操作系统内核基础（如进程调度、内存管理、文件系统），了解 Android 系统与 Linux 内核的交互机制，具备一定的内核问题排查能力者优先。
6. 掌握 Android 系统编译构建流程，能独立搭建编译环境，完成系统镜像编译、OTA 升级包制作等工作。
