岗位职责:
1. 安全生产责任制：建立从负责人到一线员工的安全责任体系，组织逐级签订安全责任书。
2. 双重预防机制：维护安全风险分级管控（红橙黄蓝四色图），开展日常、专项、季节性隐患排查，推动整改闭环。
3. 危化品全流程管理：审核 MSDS、安全标签、供应商资质；落实分区分类储存、防爆通风、二次围堰、领用退库、使用防护及危废分类暂存。
4. 危险作业审批：负责动火、受限空间、高处、临时用电、盲板抽堵、动土、吊装、断路等八大特殊作业票证审批与现场监督。
5. 特种设备与特种作业：跟进叉车、压力容器/管道、电梯等定期检验；管理电工、焊工、叉车工等持证上岗。
6. 消防管理：消防设施月检，疏散通道畅通，每半年至少组织 1 次消防演练。
7. 机械与用电安全：检查设备防护装置、急停按钮、LOTO 上锁挂牌、配电柜巡检。
8. 事故与未遂事件管理：推动 near miss 报告，参与根因调查（5Why/鱼骨图），跟踪纠正预防措施。
9. 应急管理：编制综合预案、专项预案和现场处置方案；管理洗眼器、喷淋、防泄漏套件、正压呼吸器等应急物资。
10. 职业健康管理：职业病危害因素申报、年度检测、每 3 年现状评价；组织上岗前、在岗、离岗职业健康体检，建立一人一档；监督 PPE 佩戴。
11. 环保管理：排污许可、废水废气噪声管理、危废管理计划、转移联单、自行监测、环保台账及环境应急。
12. 培训与体系：开展三级安全教育、专项培训、承包商入厂培训；维护 EHS 制度、台账、档案，对接应急管理局、生态环境局、卫生健康委/疾控、消防救援等监管部门。

任职资格:
1. 大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工、机械、职业卫生等相关专业。
2. 1-3 年制造业 EHS 相关经验，能独立开展日常EHS工作；
3. 熟悉《安全生产法》《消防法》《职业病防治法》《环境保护法》《固废法》等基本法规。
4. 能编写制度、台账、预案、检查报告，熟练使用办公软件。
5. 具备现场巡查、隐患判断、沟通协调和整改推动能力。
6. 原则性强，能承受一定工作压力，能处理突发 EHS 事件。
7. 能接受车间现场工作环境，必要时配合加班或应急处理。
