Purpose
Working in a project to manage a multidisciplinary team, setting local strategy coordinate, design, develop implement HSE Management systems.
To advise offer solution to SeniManagers on local / entity in all aspects of HSE Risk Management, to coordinate to have open discussions with clients government community groups
Requirement
1. Must be Registered Safety Engineer.
2. At least 15 years site HSE management experience with over 3 years as HSE Manager position finternational construction projects.
3. Good understanding of management of EPC/EPCM projects.
4. Be familiar with pharmaceutical biology industries.
5. Familiar with local related HSE procedures/standard is a must.
6. Knowledge experience of GMP practice.
7. Well management experience of sub-contractors.
Qualification
1. Bacheldegree of related majors.
2. Fluent English in spoken written.
3. Good presentation skills to demonstrate HSE philosophy.
4. Thorough knowledge of all construction disciplines to facilitate performance of Superintendents’ Contractors’ cooperation.
5. Strong leadership coaching skills. Good at communication skills.
6. Planning progress evaluation skills at overall project level.
7. Good interpersonal leadership skill with fluent communication in English is a must.
