1、有用友NC、NCC开发经验者优先
2、理解需求人员编写的需求文档，并进行数据结构、组件和程序等的设计工作；
3、负责软件开发工作，按照开发规范能够独立完成编码；
4、参与软件工程文档、产品文档编写，满足质量要求；
5、计算机、软件工程等相关专业，1-2年以上Java开发经验。
6、JAVA基础编程功底良好，熟悉J2EE技术体系，熟悉Applet/Swing开发，熟悉XML、EJB、WebService、Ja、Ext、Jquery，SpringMVC,spring,springboot,等开源框架和技术。
7、SQL功底扎实，熟练应用ORALCE或SQLServer，MySQL数据库
8、熟练使用Eclipse,IDEA等开发和设计工具，熟练SVN、Maven、Git等版本管理及构建工具
9、性格开朗、乐观，乐于与团队成员交流分享，具有较强的沟通能力和协作能力。
10、能承受工作压力，对待工作积极热情、踏实肯干。
