职责描述：
1.文档管控目标：标准文件流程的不断优化和持续改进跟进；
2.研发文档管理：研发文档标准化的建立、征集、整理、分类、鉴定、保管、统计、收控，严格
执行保密制度及资料外发；
3.物料料号维护与管理：制定物料和图档的编码规则与培训，料号的新建、变更、废止，确保料号的*性，ERP基础资料的维护；
4.BOM维护与管理：研发BOM的标准与模板制定，检查、更改、管理、系统维护与培训，OEM BOM表的收集与核对、ERP系统BOM的维护；
5.ECN维护与管理：ECN释放前对物料、BOM、图纸的检查，审批过程中的部门沟通、发放、执行、更改系统、OEM工程变更状态的跟踪；
6.研发采购：研发设计阶段样品与材料的采购、报价、比价、打样、合同评审与进度跟踪；
7.部门日常事务处理：快递、报销、样品管理、设置服务器里的文档权限；
8.绩效：完成员工的月度绩效考核并与部门经理商定下月的工作目标。
任职要求：
1、计算机专业、通讯专业、电子工程等相关专业，2年以上文控管理工作经验；
2、掌握ISO9001质量体系标准，具有体系内审或外审资质证书者优先，能够独立开展内部审核的能力；
3、熟悉研发文档，具备文件的管理、优化与控制方法；
4、熟悉ERP系统操作流程、产品物料的编码规则、结构件和电子元器的物料属性和规格与培训；
5、熟悉研发和售后BOM的结构和属性；
