岗位职责：

2、负责开发过程中的难点和问题攻关、能够独立完成负责业务的设计和开发。
3、参与CodeReview。
4、有一定的管理能力，能够合理分配任务，按时按质按量带领组员完成需求开发。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上工作经验。
2、精通面向对象设计思想、熟悉面向对象的设计原则和设计模式；有良好的设计、建模、表达能力；有良好的编码规范。
3、Java基础扎实，熟悉集合、IO、多线程、反射、代理等，熟悉JVM原理，JVM调优。
4、熟悉Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等主流开源框架。
5、数据MySQL数据，以及MySQL数据库索引结构，调优技术；熟悉缓存技术Redis、Guava Cache、Caffeine等；熟悉至少一种NoSQL数据库。
6、阅读过至少一种开源框架或技术的源码，并且在学习过程中有自己的理解和总结。
7、有较强的抽象能力，能够熟练运用设计模式、多态、继承等方法，提升代码可扩展性，消除重复代码。
8、熟悉分布式原理、异步框架、分布式任务调度原理。有大型复杂分布式系统设计及开发经验者优先。
9、保持学习能力、喜欢钻研新技术、喜欢系统的深入的学习技术。
10、熟悉DDD设计思想或有DDD实践经验这优先；熟悉K8s、Docker、Jenkins等DevOps技术者优先。
