岗位职责
1）负责核心业务系统的架构设计、技术选型与核心技术方案落地。
2）基于微服务架构体系搭建高可用、高并发、可扩展的技术平台。
3）主导微服务架构的设计与优化，包括服务拆分、服务注册发现、配置中心、API网关、熔断降级、分布式事务等核心组件的选型与实现。
4）负责Java技术栈的技术攻坚，解决开发过程中的关键技术问题，提升系统性能、稳定性与安全性。
5）负责数据库架构设计与优化，包括表结构设计、索引优化、查询优化等，保障数据存储的安全性与高效性。
任职要求
1）统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验，2年以上微服务架构设计与落地经验。
2）精通Java核心技术（集合、多线程并发、IO、JVM调优、网络），深入理解Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等微服务相关框架的原理与应用。
3）熟悉微服务架构核心组件（如Nacos、Gateway、Sentinel、Hystrix、Seata等）的选型、部署与优化。
4）精通关系型数据库（MySQL/Oracle）与NoSQL数据库（Redis/MongoDB等）的设计与优化，具备分布式数据库使用经验者优先。
5）熟悉分布式系统设计思想，对分布式事务、分布式锁、分布式缓存等核心问题有深入理解和实际解决方案。
6）有较强的问题排查与技术攻坚能力，具备高并发、高可用系统的设计与优化经验者优先。
7）熟悉DevOps相关工具（Git、Jenkins、Docker、K8s等）的使用，具备容器化部署与运维经验者优先。
8）能够出差，抗压能力强。
