4.负责中高层管理人才招聘、核心骨干储备，搭建适配制造业发展的人才梯队;5.统筹企业文化、员工关系、风险合规工作，保障组织稳定，服务公司长期战略落地;6.完成董事长交办的其他人力统筹、经营管理相关专项工作。
任职要求
关专业优先:以上人力总监/高管统筹经验:
1.本科及以上学历，工商管理、人力资源管理相
2.8年以上制造业人力资源全模块工作经验，3年
3.核心要求:具备经营思维，所有人力工作围绕公司战略规划落地，不局限于HR六大模块基础事
务
4.熟悉销售团队绩效管理、组织架构搭建、中高端人才招聘，有全国分公司扩张人才布局经验;5.格局开阔、执行力强、沉稳严谨、情商高，能接受必要出差
