工作职责：
1、负责基于Java语言的保险业务系统开发及日常迭代升级开发工作，支持微信公众号、微信小程序、PC端保险业务管理系统的业务需求；
2、与需求部门紧密合作，理解和分析保险业务需求，并制定相应的技术解决方案；
3、参与项目管理，协调和管理项目资源，确保项目按时、高质量地交付。
任职资格：
1、4年及以上金融行业Java应用开发或项目管理工作经验，有保险行业从业经验者优先；
2、有springboot，springcloud/alibaba微服务架构实战经验；
3、有微信公众号、小程序开发经验优先；
4、熟悉nginx，rabbitmq，redis，memcached，docker和k8s；
5、熟悉mysql，oracle，hive等数据库的使用；
6、熟悉使用git，jira，maven的工具的使用；
7、能独立完成系统开发工作，有比较强的沟通和表达能力；
8、有较强的抗压能力和组织能力。
