岗位职责：
1、负责软件工程自动化体系的规划和建设，构建公司的软件运维体系，提升研发组织效能，
与研发、应用、测试等团队紧密合作，推动DevOps文化，确保DevOps落地效果；
2、设计、构建并维护CI/CD流水线，实现从代码提交到生产环境的全流程自动化；
3、主导代码仓管理、构建产物管理、版本管理、部署等DevOps规范的制定，推进研发流程标准化，降低故障风险，优化运维成本；
4、负责公司研发工具平台和系统的二次开发与运维，保障线上业务724稳定运行；主导系统故障分析与定位，协调资源快速恢复故障；
5、分析研发过程中的痛点与瓶颈，通过技术手段和管理机制优化研发流程，推动敏捷开发、代码审查、自动化运维等优秀实践的落地；
6、完成上级交办的其他专项或临时性工作。
任职要求：
1、计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业，大专及以上学历，具有至少2年运维经验，至少1年开发经验，熟悉至少一种后端编程语言；
2、熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统，自动化维护，如：Shell、Python等自动化脚本编写；
3、精通云原生技术： Docker、K8s、数据库维护、监控、调优、故障排除等；
4、熟悉git、禅道、流水线等研发工具原理和使用，熟悉CI/CD Pipeline的编写与使用；
掌握敏捷软件开发、项目管理基础知识，并能够运用到实际项目中；
5、具备良好的英语读写能力；
6、工作积极主动，认真负责，能承受工作压力，强烈的责任心；逻辑思维清晰，良好的学习和沟通能力，团队合作和进取精神；
