【岗位职责】
1.负责公司自营小程序平台核心代码的编写及维护，负责技术难题，疑难bug的攻关和解决；
2.需求沟通、参与具体的项目立项及计划工作，并根据概要设计的要求进行模块的详细设计与核心代码实现；
3.负责系统优化和迭代升级工作，保证线上系统稳定运行；
4.配合产品、前端、测试完成项目的交付，完成项目技术攻关工作；
5.对项目团队的开发进度、风险评估有一定敏感度，对于团队管理有自己的认识及理解并可高效的执行落地。
【任职资格】
1.全日制本科以上学历，5年及以上实际工作经验；
2.精通JAVA，对springboot springcloud dubbo 等框架有深入的了解；熟练掌握mysql数据库，对数据库调优有丰富的实践经验；
3.熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用,熟练使用分布式事务和分布式锁，有高并发、大数据量业务处理的实际经验和调优经验；
4.熟练使用redis.zookeeper.es等, 熟练使用RabbitMQ.kafka.RocketMQ 中一种或几种；
5.熟悉linux环境,掌握tomcat.nginx等的部署使用和性能调优，熟练使用常用的开发和部署工具，包括git.Jenkins.maven等；
6.具有良好的沟通协调能力团队合作精神有强烈的责任心。
7.熟悉PHP/GO语言者优先。
上班时间：9：30-12：30，14：00-18：30
试用期3个月，优秀者可提前转正
