任职要求
1.有丰富的Java开发经验，熟练应用J2EE开发技术；
2.熟练掌握当前主流开发框架，如Spring、Spring MVC、Hibernate等；
3.深刻理解OOA/OOD/OOP思想，熟练掌握多种常用的设计模式；
4.熟练应用Oracle、SQL Server等主流数据库，具有一定的数据库性能优化经验；
5.较强的自我学习能力和分析解决问题的能力，具备良好的文档编制习惯和代码书写规范；
6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，态度主动积极，勇于承担压力并接受挑战。
