岗位职责：
1.基于用户需求制定开发计划，承担项目的模块设计和详细设计工作；
2.承担项目核心模块的开发工作，确保按时完成既定的开发任务；
3.参与项目产品需求分析、业务流程分析设计以及总体技术方案设计；
4.参与软件的整体规划和实施，解决项目中的问题；
5.与开发团队成员进行技术交流，互相促进技术能力的提升。

任职要求：
1.计算机、软件工程、电子工程、数学、物理或相关专业本科及以上学历；具有良好的计算机体系与工程基础。
2.熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的工程化能力，包括模块化设计、异常处理、日志体系、单元测试等；对数据结构、算法有扎实基础。
3.掌握常用后端框架，如 FastAPI、Flask，熟悉 RESTful API 设计、异步调用、缓存与并发优化，能独立完成后台服务开发与部署。
4.熟悉 LangChain、LangGraph、Dify或其他Agent框架，了解工具封装、上下文管理、流程编排、函数调用等机制，有智能体工程经验者优先。
