岗位职责：
做HES的业务开发及抄表协议相关的功能开发，针对项目需求及版本优化需求进行相应的编码及编写相应的设计文档。
岗位要求:
本科及以上
1. 扎实Java基础，熟练使用SpringBoot/SpringCloud等主流开发框架，熟悉IO/NIO、Netty、Reactor模型，熟悉多线程、线程池、锁机制、内存模型；
2.熟悉Oracle、MySql数据库，熟悉一些中间件如Redis、RocketMQ、nacos等。
3. 精通计算机网络基础：TCP/IP四层模型、滑动窗口、拥塞控制、三次握手四次挥手；
4. 具备协议报文解析实战经验，能独立设计报文头、校验位、分包规则，处理 16 进制二进制数据流；
5. 熟悉自定义私有协议报文编解码、数据序列化/反序列化、TCP粘包拆包、心跳重连、超时重试等网络底层逻辑实现；
6. 熟悉抓包工具（Wireshark、tcpdump），可通过报文快速定位协议交互故障；
7. 熟悉Git、k8s、Maven/Gradle、Linux常用命令，能独立在服务器部署、排查日志；
8. 有长连接网关、设备接入、物联网、通信网关类项目经验优先，有DLMS、GDW376.1、DLT645等抄表协议使用经验者优先。
