工作职责
1.负责公司项目的开发、升级与维护工作；
2.负责针对客户提出的需求，提出可落地的方案并开发；
3.负责系统集成、客户培训、系统测试以及系统上线后的技术支持工作。
4.能够与项目经理、管理团队进行良好的沟通合作，按时保质保量完成开发任务；

任职资格
1. 有2年以上开发经验，大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. 熟悉SQL程序设计和优化，熟悉索引、视图、存储过程等概念和开发，熟悉Oracle、MySQL、SqlServer数据库至少一种；
3. Java基础扎实，熟练掌握Struts2，Spring，Mybatis等开源框架，SpringBoot开发经验者优先；
4. 有良好的文档写作能力、沟通和理解能力，具有良好团队合作及协作精神；
5. 可适应6个月左右出差，根据项目实施进度配合项目经理在现场解决处理问题。
