岗位职责
1、负责采购系统后端业务逻辑开发和接口设计（供应商、采购申请、审批流、合同订单、结算等）。
2、参与数据库设计，编写复杂 SQL，使用 MyBatis 或 Spring Data JPA。
3、实现审批流状态流转（草稿 → 待审批 → 审批中 → 已通过/已驳回 → 已取消）。
4、与前端对接联调，编写接口文档（Apifox/Swagger）。
5、参与 AI 服务模块的后端开发（LLM API 对接、RAG 流程、向量检索）。

任职要求
1、2年以上 Java 后端开发经验。
2、熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring MVC、Spring Data，了解 MyBatis 或 JPA。
3、熟悉 MySQL，能写复杂 SQL（JOIN、子查询、聚合），理解索引原理。
4、会用 Redis 做缓存（字典/配置数据）和分布式锁（防重复提交）。
5、能与前端联调，排查 400/500 错误，会看日志。
6、会用 Apifox 或 Swagger 编写接口文档。
7、代码规范：命名清晰、有注释、异常处理规范，单个方法不超过80行。
