3.协助做好大堂寻人服务和在大堂放置各类告示牌，及时撤换过期的告示牌并搬至指定的存放地点；
4.做好行李服务设备的清洁工作；
5.按照服务流程迎送客人，提供拉门服务；
6.维护出入车辆秩序，保证上下客车位和车道畅通；
7.阻挡精神病患者和衣冠不整者进入酒店，发现异常情况，立即与值班的保安人员或大堂经理联系，妥善处理；
8.准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作
9.熟悉酒店各种服务项目和营业时间，向客人推销酒店的各项服务，介绍酒店客房设施。了解本市交通、商业、旅游等方面资料
10.积极参与酒店和部门组织的各项活动，完成上级交予的各项工
岗位要求
1.高中上以学历，五官端正
2.工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活；
3.能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
