【岗位职责】
1、保障生产与测试环境高可用，参与系统维护、故障处置、版本上线、应急演练等。
2、维护公司内部IT环境，支持研发/测试环境部署与资产管理。
3、参与运维自动化平台、监控系统、CI/CD流水线的建设与优化。
4、处理线上故障，完成根因分析并推动改进。
5、管理云资源，优化系统性能与成本。
6、负责安全加固、权限管理与数据备份恢复。
7、编写运维文档、操作手册及应急预案。

【任职要求】
1、统招本科及以上学历，28-35岁，5年以上Linux运维经验，熟悉电信系统架构者优先。
2、精通Shell/Python/Go之一，熟悉Jenkins、Ansible等CI/CD与配置管理工具。
3、熟悉Docker、Kubernetes、VMware及主流公有云/私有云环境。
4、熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis、Kafka、ELK等中间件与数据库运维。
5、具备Prometheus/Grafana/Zabbix等监控工具实战经验。
6、责任心强，抗压能力好，能接受加班与轮值，具备良好的沟通与团队协作精神。

【优先条件】
有电信行业大型项目运维经验；
具备大规模分布式系统、高并发场景运维经验。
