1、负责传感器（MEMS/光电/压力等）失效分析全流程，含样品拆解、微观观察、电性能测试、机理推导；
2、定位失效根因，输出《失效分析报告》，明确失效模式及责任环节；
3、联动研发/工艺/质量部门推动问题闭环，跟踪改善措施并验证；
4、参与新品可靠性验证（HALT/HASS等），提前识别潜在风险；
5、沉淀失效案例库、SOP，开展内部技术培训；
6、支持客户端失效问题，提供技术方案，维护客户关系。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上，电子/微电子/材料/机械等相关专业；
2、2-5年传感器失效分析/可靠性工程经验；
3、精通SEM/EDS/X-Ray等分析工具，掌握FTA/5Why等方法；
4、熟悉MEMS/光电/压力传感器工艺及失效模式；
5、逻辑清晰，跨部门沟通能力强，英语CET-4+。
