4、3年以上系统开发经验，有k8s实践经验
5、熟悉大数据平台组件, 如Hadoop, Flink, Kafka, Airflow或dolphinScheduler, 作为主要人员参与过数据平台建设或数据治理工作
6、对业务和功能的充分的理解能力，出色的执行力，强烈的责任感，良好沟通能力，以及优秀的学习能力
7、自我要求高，有一定代码的品味，积极主动；
8、有Ray使用经验的是加分项。
