工作职责：
1.员工关系驻场交付
150:1服务比，独立完成入、离、调、转、续签、工伤、纠纷、仲裁全流程。
2.薪酬绩效驻场核算
根据甲方KPI规则，组织绩效面谈、结果排序与奖金分配，输出《绩效复盘报告》。
3.招聘交付与渠道运营
依据甲方月度缺口，协助招聘团队组织人才引进保证满编率。
4.客户现场运营
参加甲方例会，每日巡场等，用人力数据（出勤、效率、流失、成本）影响业务决策。
5.独立处置突发事件（批量离职、政策突变），同步总部。
6.合规与风险管控
实时跟踪劳动法、社保、工伤、个税*新政策，保证项目稳定运行。
7.数据化项目复盘
每月底输出《驻场HRBP运营月报》：人力成本、人均效能、离职率、招聘漏斗、风险清单。

任职要求：
学历：大专及以上，人力资源、心理学、财务、法律专业优先；
经验：2年以上HRBP/外包驻场经验；
工具：Excel（数据透视+函数+Power Query）；
法律：熟悉《劳动合同法》《工伤保险条例》及当地社保公积金政策；
软技能：抗压性强，具备100+人以上规模HRBP经历优先。
