1.熟悉软件测试理论和测试过程，能够将相关理论应用到软件测试工作中；
2.制定合理的测试策略、测试计划和测试方法，包括缺陷跟踪、输出报告等，并参与需求讨论、需求评审、需求测试及线上问题跟进，持续优化产品和研发流程，提升整体质量和效率；
3.全流程参与质量保障工作，包括功能测试、接口测试、性能测试等，并负责项目质量保障体系建设；
4.熟悉测试各项技术，精通各种前后台测试方法，并具备需求及设计的理解和优化能力。

任职条件：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业毕业；
2.3年以上测试相关工作经验，且有账户业务、跨境收付款业务相关的行业经验；
2.具有强烈的责任感和大局观，良好的沟通、表达和协作能力；
3.熟练掌握测试工具和测试框架，包括但不限于MySql、oracle、jemter等主流测试工具，并熟悉nacos、MQ、redis等中间件、数据库、Linux等系统知识；
4.良好的沟通表达能力、执行力、责任心、自我管理能力和团队精神，抗压能力；
5.认可企业核心价值观。
