岗位职责

1、制定MSO(汇款和汇兑)业务的合规框架，包括合规政策、程序和指引。

2、管理“反洗钱”计划及合规计划的日常运营和监控。根据“反洗钱”政策和法律法规，加强对MSO业务伙伴和客户的尽职调查和持续监督。为客户及合作伙伴KYC和交易监控制定风险定义及规则。

3、开发和实施公司内部MSO合规风险评估，制定和加强合规风险事件和违规管理政策。

4、为客户支持团队提供必要的MSO合规建议，以处理与客户有关的合规问题。必要时，与运营、法务和销售团队合作，对不合规事件进行补救。

5、外部及内部汇报。向监管机构(如CED、IFJU)提交年度合规报告、可疑交易报告等。定期向高级管理层报告关键的合规标准。向政府机构(如CED、IFJU、HKMA等)报告违规情况。

岗位要求

1、至少1年以上在MSO业务(汇款和汇兑)法律环境或监管环境的工作经验。

具有法规遵循咨询经验，能够采取务实的、商业的方法来应对风险和法规遵循，同时实现预期的业务结果。

2、对反洗钱业务的合规要求有良好的认识。

3、较强的领导能力、决策能力、分析能力，优秀的组织能力。

4、独立工作的能力，确定优先事项和完成期限。

5、精通英语;精通粤语者优先考虑。
