岗位职责：
1. 参与系统需求调研、分析、详细设计，协调前后端开发的对接工作，确保对接顺畅，各环节工作顺畅；

3. 根据开发任务，完成代码实现、单元测试、Bug修改、迭代优化等工作。

任职要求：
1. 能够接受短、中期出差；
2. *学历全日制本科及以上，计算机相关专业，3-5年Java开发经验；
3. 扎实的Java开发功底，熟练掌握SpringBoot、Spring MVC、Shiro、MyBatis-Plus等框架，良好的工作流程和代码风格，对技术方案和代码质量有追求；
4. 熟练试用Redis、MySQL、Oracle数据库，熟练使用Git，IDEA，Maven等开发工具；
5. 熟练使用Linux、Docker、Nginx、MinIO，能独立部署更新项目；
6. 有良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力及一定的抗压能力，做事积极主动、精益求精。
