识别关键卡点并推动优化
对到岗率、首季留存等结果负责
3. 新人培养与产能管理
跟踪新员工从入职到独立带课的成长周期
推动标准化培养路径落地
识别成长缓慢问题，并推动相关方优化
4. 组织健康与人才决策支持
提前识别流失风险、团队协同问题及组织隐患
参与关键人员决策（淘汰、晋升、调岗）
推动健康组织文化落地，预防组织风险
5. 经营协同与人效分析
参与门店复盘与经营分析
从人效视角提供决策建议
与店长、督导等业务管理者协同推进经营目标
