岗位职责
1. 客户接待：负责校区到访家长、学生线下接待沟通，一对一学情分析，完成线下面谈、课程报价、合同面签、缴费转化全流程，完成个人及团队招生指标；
2. 家校维系：负责新老生日常服务跟进，定期学情回访、学习反馈、家校沟通，维护客户关系，提升学员续费率、转介绍率；
3. 客户管理：整理客户档案，录入客户信息，跟进意向客户，答疑课程、师资、课时、收费相关问题；
4. 配合校区：配合校区开展线下体验课、公开课、亲子活动，协助活动现场引流、面销转化；
5. 售后衔接：对接授课老师，同步学员学情、家长诉求，做好课前课后服务，降低学员退费率。
任职要求
1. 学历年龄：18-35岁，高中及以上学历，有教培行业、门店销售、客服、母婴顾问经验优先，无经验可带薪培训；
2. 能力要求：擅长线下面对面沟通，亲和力强，耐心细心，共情能力强，懂家长心理，愿意做长期客户维系；
3. 工作特质：目标感强，做事踏实，稳定性高，接受周末轮班，不排斥线下面谈、签约工作；
4. 硬性要求：无需外出拓客、无需电话海量外呼，主打店内接待+老客维护。
