1. 负责中央空调群控系统节能算法设计、建模与优化，根据设备能效、环境参数以及负荷需求，实现*优运行策略与*低能耗点寻优。
2. 负责能耗预测、负荷预测、设备效率分析、时序数据挖掘、智能优化算法研发，支撑节能管控系统智能决策。
3. 参与AI能源审计平台研发，基于大模型实现能源数据解析、用能诊断、节能建议生成及节能效果分析，自动生成能源审计报告。
4. 负责算法模型训练、验证、迭代与部署，配合 Java 后端、Vue 前端完成接口开发与系统联调。
5. 负责行业知识库搭建与RAG检索增强生成方案落地，实现大模型与行业业务数据、业务系统深度融合。
6. 负责AI Agent智能体核心技术研发与落地，实现智能体规划、记忆、工具调用、执行闭环等能力，打造行业化Agent系统。
7. 负责现场数据采集、调试与效果验证，输出可落地的节能控制方案。
8. 跟踪行业前沿算法与 AI 大模型应用，持续提升系统节能率与智能化水平
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、数学科学等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉PID、模糊控制、模型预测控制（MPC）、*优控制等工业控制算法，有暖通空调、楼宇自控、能耗优化经验优先。
3. 掌握Python及机器学习、深度学习、时序数据处理、优化算法，有实际项目落地经验。
4. 深入理解AI Agent核心组件（规划、记忆、工具使用、执行闭环），有从0到1构建Agent系统经验优先。
5. 熟悉AI大模型基本原理与应用，有大模型微调、模型蒸馏、Prompt工程、RAG、报告生成类项目经验优先。
6. 具备算法工程化能力，能将模型封装为服务接口，与Java 后端、Vue 前端联调对接。
7. 具备良好数学建模、数据分析与沟通协作能力。
