岗位职责：
1.对公司经营及投资提供财务分析、进行风险评估、财务指导、跟踪和风险控制，为董事会经营投资提供决策建议；
2.把控公司重大资金流向，筹集运营所需资金，保证公司经营的资金需求，并对资金筹措方式进行成本计算，提供*为经济的酬资方式；
3.制定公司资金运营计划，监督资金管理报告和预、决算；向董事会报告公司财务收支执行情况和财务预算报告；
4.参与公司收购并购业务，对重大经济合同、协议及其他经济文件的拟定和审查；
5.建立和完善财务线条建设，建立科学、系统符合企业实际情况的财务核算及监控体系，进行有效的内部控制；
6.负责财务线条的工作规划、年、季、月计划编制并监督计划的落实；
7.协调公司同银行、工商、税务等政府部门的关系，维护公司利益。
职位要求：
1.45岁以下，本科及以上学历，财务/会计/金融或相关经济类专业，条件优秀者可适当放宽要求；
2.10年以上相关工作经验，其中5年以上大中型公司全面财务管理工作经验，曾组织编制并实施集团财务中长期计划，负责集团营运资本的管理和税务筹划工作，有文产经验者优先；
3.有资本市场财务运作经验，擅长财务分析及投资资金运作，具有较大规模资金融资、运作、管理的能力，与政府相关部门及金融界有良好的协作关系；
4.具有注册会计师、中级会计师职称优先，熟练掌握国家财税法规和制度，以及文娱行业行业会计制度；
5.具有较强的经营意识及资本运作能力、具备较强的资本市场洞察力，敏锐的数字分析能力、人际互动能力、计划与执行能力。
