岗位职责：
1、负责临床项目整体执行管理，确保项目按计划推进。
2、制定并维护临床项目计划，包括时间线、资源配置及预算安排。
3、协调CRO、研究中心及公司内部团队推进临床试验实施。
4、跟踪临床试验进度与质量，确保临床试验符合GCP规范及公司要求。
5、组织并主持临床项目例会，定期向管理层汇报项目进展。
6、跟踪并推动临床试验关键节点，包括：
1）研究中心启动（Site Initiation）
2）首例入组（FPI）
3）入组完成（LPI）
4）数据锁库（Database Lock）
7、协调临床、医学、统计、数据管理、注册等相关部门合作，推动项目顺利实施。
8、组织并配合通过监管机构或第三方的审计及现场检查。
9、负责临床试验相关文件及资料管理，确保符合GCP和公司质量体系要求。
任职资格:
1、教育背景: 医学、药学、生命科学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、工作经验：5年以上临床试验相关经验。
3、专业技能:
1）熟悉临床试验全过程管理及项目执行流程。
2）熟悉中国GCP规范及临床试验管理相关法规。
4、能力素质：
1）具备良好的项目管理能力及沟通协调能力。
2）具备较强的执行力和问题解决能力。
3）英语读写能力良好。
5、优先条件：
1）有创新药临床开发经验
2）有呼吸系统疾病领域经验
3）有II期或III期临床试验项目管理经验
