【工作内容】
1、负责固体制剂车间生产设备（包括压片机、胶囊填充机、包衣机、颗粒机等）的日常故障维修，快速响应、及时处理，保障生产连续运行。
2、严格执行GMP规范，参与设备预防性维护计划制定与实施，确保设备运行符合合规要求；
3、负责设备备品备件的日常管理，及时提报采购需求，确保关键备件库存充足；
4、配合完成新设备的安装验收、调试运行及操作人员技能培训，建立设备技术档案；
5、建立并维护设备维修档案，规范填写维修记录，配合GMP检查，确保记录合规。
6、协同生产部门优化设备工艺参数，持续改进设备性能以提升生产效率与产品良率。

【任职要求】
1、大专及以上学历，机械自动化、机电一体化或生物制药工程相关专业背景；
2、具备3年以上制药行业或GMP环境下设备维修经验，熟悉固体制剂常用生产设备的机械结构，能够独立完成故障诊断与维修。；
3、熟悉电气原理图识读，熟练掌握PLC基础操作及常用维修工具使用技能；
4、持有电工证等特种作业证书优先，具备良好的安全意识及严谨的文档记录习惯；
5、抗压能力强，能适应倒班工作制，具有优秀的团队协作精神及问题解决能力。
