岗位职责：
1.负责金蝶中订单的下达和完成生产汇报单及金蝶中BOM单的新增和修改；
2.负责上传产品的关联关系和导入产品追溯码及异常关联关系的处理；
3.负责对员工入职培训及再培训；
4.负责商业化产品制造记录、包装记录和工艺规程的起草以及相关管理SOP的起草和优化。
5.对生产发生的偏差和投诉协助配合调差及整改；
6.负责车间及车间在研产品相关变更发起及行动项落实；
7.负责按照生产计划签发、审核、归档批生产记录、包装记录和辅助记录；
8.参与本车间办公用品预算的制定与执行并负责生产耗材的申购及办公用品的申请；
9.负责协助上级进行车间工艺优化，包装生产流程优化、工艺优化、人员优化、生产设备优化等；
10.负责协助生产经理进行成本管控，包括物料成本、人员成本、生产成本等；
11.试放大和工艺验证工作，验证方案起草、培训、实施和报告起草、归档。
12.负责车间月度工时统计，考勤统计；
13.负责对接计量，车间仪器仪表、时钟、砝码的送校及返回跟踪；
14.跟踪物料放行进度，保障商业化生产开展；
15.负责商业化产品批次工艺及检验数据收集；
16.负责车间计算机化系统账号的管理；
17.负责车间审计追踪审核；
18.对接研发在研产品的物料新增、工艺文件、批记录新增或升级；
19.对接研发需求领取原辅料、装置、包材或成品。
任职资格：
1.药学相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备1年及以上制药企业技术员相关工作经验。
2.主动性和独立性、细心、责任感强。
3.熟悉制剂的生产工艺及工艺控制点、工厂生产流程、GMP/HSE
4.掌握一定的项目管理技巧。
5.熟练使用Office办公软件。
6.具有一定的统计知识。
