1、制定、修订和完善各类设备的操作规程、维护保养规程、点/巡检标准及检修技术规范。
2、主导或参与重大、重复性设备故障的根本原因分析，制定长效纠正与预防措施。
3、主导或协助开展设备失效模式与影响分析。
4、主导或参与设备局部改造、自动化升级、节能降耗等技术项目，负责技术方案制定、实施与验收。
5、对设备大修、项修项目提供技术方案审核、过程技术指导和*终质量验证。
6、负责设备技术档案的建立与管理，包括图纸、说明书、PLC程序、技术变更记录等。
任职资格:
1、具备扎实的机械、电气、自动化等跨专业知识，能进行系统性技术分析。
2、精通设备原理，能熟练阅读和解析复杂技术图纸、PLC程序及液压/气动回路图。
3、熟练掌握数据分析工具和设备管理相关软件。
4、具备较强的技术文档编写、技术方案制定和项目报告撰写能力。
5、良好的技术沟通和培训能力。
6、掌握二维或三维制图能力。
