【岗位职责】

3、负责接收宾客的预定，包括电话预定和当面预定。
4、宾客到店后，迎接问候宾客，并将其领入座位，并合理安排座位。
5、和宾客交谈，回答宾客提出的问题，包括本酒店的特殊活动和菜单等。
6、记住所有宾客和常客的姓名。当客人再次光临时热情招呼
7、负责了解餐厅到客情况，以便随随机应变的安排。
8、负责帮客人存放衣帽、行李、文件、等物品。
9、熟悉菜单和饮料单，为就餐的客人递送餐单。
10、客人离开时，送客拉门。
11、对用餐人数、桌数等业务情况做好书面记录，以便参详，将菜单放入指定地点并保管好。
