Responsibilities:
The Commercial Project Manager will manage execution of construction projects in all commercial aspects.
Support PM on development of project execution plan with a focus on topics on commercial relevance, such as invoicing, cash receipt contract/claim management;
Develop maintain budgets in project work breakdown (WBS) structure based on scope of work project requirements;
Ensure correctness of overall cost forecast (true fair view) by maintaining updating budgets in accordance to project requirements together with PM project team;
Manage financial instruments such as guarantees payment securities ensure avoidance of foreign currency risks (hedging);
Ability to analyze, understanding interpret complex EPC contracts;
Drive risk analysis mitigation together with PM project team, ensure correct inclusion of risk positions in financials;
Work with functional groups (engineering, procurement site teams) to identify claims changeders; Evaluate cost/schedule impact of claims changeders prepare justification supporting documentation; Announce negotiate claims changeders together with PM towards the customer;
Develop manage customer relationships, with a focus on commercial contractual topics;
Prepare comprehensive reporting on project status health as per company’s requirements;
Support monitthe reporting from Finance team to ensure the financial figures related to business can be properly booked;
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Your Profile:
BachelMaster Degree in Engineering and/Commercial related field
Minimum 8 years of experience gained in a Commercial Project Management Cost Controlling position in engineering / construction industry
Understanding of risk management
Knowledge of EPC contracts
Excellent in English skills in writtenal communication
High level skills with MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
