工作职责

2. 性能优化：对现有C++代码进行性能剖析与深度优化，确保在嵌入式平台或车载计算单元上满足严格的实时性要求。
3. 软件工程实践：编写高质量、可维护、可测试的代码，参与代码审查，并持续改进软件开发流程与工具链。
4. 技术难题攻关：解决开发中遇到的多线程同步、内存管理、低延迟通信、跨平台兼容性等复杂技术问题。
任职要求
1. 教育背景：计算机科学、软件工程、车辆工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 编程能力：
· 精通现代 C++ (C++11/14/17)，深刻理解面向对象、设计模式、内存管理、多线程编程。
· 具备扎实的数据结构和算法基础，具备优秀的代码调试和问题排查能力。
3. 经验要求：
· 3年以上Linux平台下的C++开发经验。
· 有自动驾驶感知、规控算法，如 yolo、bev、resnet等开源算法经验优先。
