岗位职责：
1、对目标行业或者公司进行数据分析、模型设计开发：包括数据清洗、加工、统计建模、模型验证等；
2、对监测数据的质量，数据完整性，异常值等进行监控，及时发现问题并优化模型；
3、负责数据模型的ETL实施, ETL性能调优及相关技术问题的解决;
4、跟进并监控模型指标变化，完成公司或者行业分析、数据模型优化与迭代等工作；
任职要求：
1、计算机、数学、统计等相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上数仓开发、数据分析相关工作经验；
2、熟悉 Java、Python 等任意一门编程语言；
熟悉Linux操作系统及开发环境；
3、熟悉HIVE/doris大数据平台相关技术者优先；
4、较强sql编写能力，理解抽象语法树、有较好的数据库调优经验
5、优秀的业务理解能力、逻辑性和沟通能力，能跨部门合作沟通
6、对数据敏感，认真细致，善于从数据中发现疑点；
7、快速学习能力强，乐于通过数据发现客观规律以及洞察商业变化。
