参与图像质量评估流程建设，推动感知指标（PSNR、SSIM、LPIPS 等）在实际系统中的应用。
任职要求：
计算机、电子工程、自动化、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
熟悉计算机视觉基础知识，具备一定图像处理、深度学习基础；
有以下方向任意经验者优先（不限于课程/项目/实习）：
a. 图像增强模型（如 DnCNN、Uformer、Restormer、MIRNet、MPRNet 等）
b. 图像复原竞赛 / NTIRE / CVPR Workshops 经验
c. RAW 图像处理 / ISP 模拟 / HDR 合成等
熟练掌握 Python，了解 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow 等深度学习框架；
具备良好的编码习惯和学习能力，对前沿计算机视觉与人工智能技术有强烈的兴趣与好奇心；
具备良好的团队沟通能力与技术表达能力。
加分项：
有开源项目 / Github 作品 / Kaggle 比赛经历；
熟悉图像信号处理理论，如频域分析、滤波器设计、色彩空间转换等；
对图像质量主观评价、审美调优有兴趣者优先；
熟悉 ONNX / TensorRT / TFLite 等部署工具；
在 CVPR / ICCV / ECCV / NeurIPS / ICML / ICLR 等顶会发表过论文（一作 / 共一 / 在投均可）。
