1. 制定自动化、设备和模具基本维保机制，对技术员技术指导并监督维保机制落实。
2. 优化改造存在故障和缺陷自动化设备，设计方案制作工程图外协加工，组装调试至投入使用。
3. 应用精益生产机制，设计开发夹治具并导入生产，逐步提高产品品质降低生产成本。
4. 联合研发部开发设计自动化设备，指导技术员组装和调试，实行自主开发导入非标自动化。
5. 建立完善的非标件加工供应链，节省设备开发、改造成本，降低设备研发改造周期。
6.自动化、设备技术团队的管理和人才的梯队培养。
任职要求：
1.有生物耗材制造企业（如：康宁、博日、博毓，懿康生物，等）自动化研发工程师工作经验者优先考虑；
2、熟悉非标自动化设备的设计、用材，有丰富自动化外协资源的更佳；
3、同等条件下，懂模具设计的优先考虑； 4、有团队意识和成本意识，工作以结果为导向。
