岗位职责‌
‌1、搭建数据监控体系，深度解读数据并预警异常；通过数据异动定位问题根源，推动运营优化。
‌2、运用阿里系工具（数据银行/策略中心等）分析人群流转效率，识别高潜人群，指导精准投放。
‌3、搭建复购模型，分析用户留存与LTV；赋能会员体系，制定唤醒策略及分层营销方案。
4、辅助选品与库存管理，识别爆款/滞销品；支持销售目标拆解与预测。
‌5、分析行业竞品营销、流量逻辑及增长原因，输出行业竞品分析报告。

任职要求‌
1、‌本科及以上，2-3年天猫数据分析或电商运营经验，头部TP/品牌方背景优先。
2、‌精通Excel、BI工具，熟练使用生意参谋、数据银行、策略中心、达摩盘。
‌3、逻辑推理强，能从数据倒推问题；敢于提出挑战性建议；熟悉天猫流量机制。
4、‌具备AIPL/FAST/GROW等模型分析经验。
