你将负责的工作内容：
• 把控品牌视觉一致性，参与品牌全年视觉资产建设与内容规范输出；
• 独立主导新品系列的视觉定调、包装设计及衍生视觉物料设计；
• 参与品牌拍摄方向制定与视觉风格把控，跟进后期执行；
• 设计并完成包装稿件、品牌周边、线下物料等内容的稿件；

• 与电商设计、线下设计等团队协作，推动视觉方案在多场景中落地；

我们希望你具备的能力：
• 具备3年左右品牌或包装方向设计经验，美妆品牌相关经验优先，长期美瞳佩戴者优先；
• 熟悉包装材质与印刷工艺，有一定的线下设计经验，具备良好的执行能力与审美判断力；
• 能独立把控项目，从“视觉方向”到“落地执行”全链路熟悉，对自己的项目有责任感
• 有较强的沟通协作能力，能与跨部门高效对接
• 对新鲜事物敏感，热爱美、追求美，有主动表达与提案意识
