主要职责：
1- 产品/制程开发
1）所有产品的量产前设计审核
2）主导样品制作和小批量试制
3）开发工艺流程，包括作业指导书，工具/治具，生产线平衡分析等
4）建立产品技术标准，设定产品和零部件的测试规范
2- 技术管理
1）每日产线问题分析解决
2）系统BOM维护
3）图纸分发和管理
4）管理并及时更新相关文档
3- 协同质量部门，分析问题，发现解决方案，执行改进改善
4- 协同采购部门，开发供应商，并主导样品的审核
5- 对接客户，掌握客户的需求和行业动态

基本要求：
1- 机械或相关专业本科以上学历
2- 英语读写熟练（会意大利语优先）.
3- 八年以上工作经验，其中不低于三年机电产品开发经验，特别是小马力电机驱动产品（0.5马力 - 3马力）的开发，比如空压机，水泵，吸尘器，清洗机等。
4- 管理岗位工作经验，可以是技术，工程，或工艺。
5- 有全流程产品开发经验
6- 超强的分析问题、解决问题能力，有时间管理、业务管理和财务相关的知识
7- 正向思维，积极行动
8- 创新精神，专家精神，组织和人际技巧，团队精神，诚信可靠，风险意识，紧迫意识
9- 基本的MS软件使用技巧，会使用项目管理软件


Main Responsibilities
- Product/Process Developing
61 Design review fall new products before launching mass production
61 Lead 1st Pcs Sample MSL (Manufacturing Sample Lot) to smoothly bring the new products fMass Production
61 Lead process setup, includes working instruction, tools/fixtures, line balance, etc.
61 Build product technical specification, setup test criteria fproduction components in the whole manufacturing process
- Technical Managing
61 Daily production problem solving
61 BOM modification
61 Engineering Drawing Distribution Managing
61 Manage all technical documentation
- Work with Quality Team fproblem analysis, find solution, take action
- Work with Purchasing Team fsupplier developing 1st sample qualification
- Engage with customer. Understlatest requirements technologies

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bacheldegree above in mechanical engineering related fields.
- Proficient in verbal written English (Italian Preferred)
- 3+ years electrical product developing experience, focus on 0.5HP to 3HP electrical motdriving products like air compressor, water pump, vacuum cleaner, high pressure washer, etc.
- 2+ years of working experience in manager position feither engineering, technical, process
- Experienced in managing end-to-end product development
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills, time management awareness of business finance implications

- Strong at innovation, initiative, professionalism,ganizational interpersonal skills, teamwork, integrity, accountability sense of urgency
- General office PC skills including Project Management Tools.
