1）市场洞察与战略规划：深入教育/军队/司法行业进行市场研究，输出洞察报告，发掘业务机会，制定市场拓展战略与营销方案（含定价、卖点、推广策略）。
2）合作生态与品牌建设：开拓并维护行业核心战略合作伙伴关系，推动品牌形象建设及行业相关资质/证书的落地。
3）竞争分析与产品推动：监测分析竞争对手动态，调研公司产品市场竞争力，协同产品团队制定应对策略并推动产品优化。
4）客户深耕与业绩达成：拜访维护行业关键客户，保持技术影响力和客户黏性，推动销售额与市场占有率的持续提升。

任职要求：
1）本科及以上学历，5年以上市场管理经验，具备教育或军队或司法，任一行业背景者优先考虑。【重点关注项，行业背景很重要】
2）出色的市场分析、战略规划及营销方案制定能力，能独立完成行业研究与洞察报告。
3）优秀的商务拓展、资源整合及客户关系管理能力，具备成功合作案例。
4）熟悉品牌建设与推广，对市场竞争敏感，具备竞争分析与策略制定经验。
5）结果导向，拥有强烈的责任心和出色的跨部门协同能力，能适应多任务挑战。
