岗位职责：
1：流量监测计评估，协助商务经理进行异业调研，关注各场景活动手段、工具，主动寻找双方结合点；协助渠道运营经理从运营侧深入挖掘渠道合作，测算全生命周期的产品的收益；
2：负责用户生命周期策略运营：基于用户行为、保单数据、生命周期等维度，优化用户分层模型，完成精细化分群，并制定和优化完善私域场景的用户生命周期运营策略。
3：通过数据分析识别不同群体的核心需求与痛点，结合用户标签体系及AI推荐算法；制定千人千面的差异化运营策略；提升用户活跃度、转化率及留存率；*终提升用户价值。
4：协同数据部门进行用户数据分析，跟进平台运营产品及数据需求，监控用户行为数据（如点击率、转化漏斗、复购率），定期输出分析报告，迭代运营策略。
5：与产品团队紧密合作，优化相关产品漏斗，并推动运营工具的改善和应用，提升运营能力和效率
任职要求：
1：本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网用户运营经验，有保险、金融行业背景优先；
2：熟悉百万级以上用户数量的运营逻辑，有成功案例；
3：对C端平台、商业化变现等互联网行业有基本认知，对接过新媒体平台、app、wap、视频类等渠道优先；
4：熟练营销自动化工具
