4. 绩效激励：搭建贴合电商场景的绩效考核体系，绑定核心业务指标；推进绩效落地，设计短期激励方案，激发团队战斗力。
5. 员工关系与合规：搭建员工沟通机制，处理员工纠纷与离职面谈，降低核心岗位流失率；规范用工，排查用工风险，营造协同氛围。
6. 组织优化：开展组织诊断，识别痛点并输出优化方案，跟踪人力成本与人效，助力业务降本提效。
7. 其他：完成上级交办任务，联动HR职能端，保障人力工作落地，支撑业务战略达成。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，3-5年人力资源经验，≥2年HRBP经验，抖音/直播电商行业经验优先，适配电商快节奏。
2. 业务敏感度强，能快速吃透抖音电商模式，读懂业务数据，可将业务需求转化为落地人力动作，能深度融入业务团队。
3. 具备扎实HR专业能力，可独立完成绩效、组织诊断等工作，善于沟通协调，具备数据思维与问题解决能力。
4. 抗压性强，能适应大促高强度工作，多任务并行，有全局观、责任心与同理心，能快速响应业务突发需求。
