岗位职责：
1、制定生产计划：根据销售计划及工厂产能情况，编制合理的生产排程，明确各产品生产的数量、时间及优先级。
2、跟踪生产进度：监控计划执行过程，及时协调沟通产销异常问题，确保计划按时完成。
3、产能协调：分析生产能力，平衡产销计划，避免产能浪费或过度饱和，必要时调整生产计划。
4、物料需求审核：根据生产计划和BOM（物料清单），对所需物料的种类、数量及到料时间进行审核。
5、采购跟进：与采购执行部门协作，确认物料采购进度，确保物料按时到货，避免因缺料影响生产。
6、库存管控：监控物料库存水平，优化库存结构，减少呆滞料和库存积压，同时保证生产所需物料的充足供应。
7、内部沟通：与生产、销售、采购、仓储等部门保持密切沟通，及时传递信息，协调解决生产计划与物料相关问题。
8、组织产销协调会议。
9、对数据进行分析，找出生产和物料管理中的问题和改进空间，提出优化建议。
10、各类影响生产计划执行因素的协调处理，保证生产计划正常执行。
11、反馈呆滞物料并跟进处理进度。
岗位要求：
1、40岁以下，大专及以上学历，统计类相关专业优先。
2、3年以上PMC同岗位经验。
3、熟练操作Excel，精通数据透视表、VLOOKUP等函数运用，同时能熟练使用ERP、MES等生产管理系统。
