岗位职责
系统设计与开发：
- 负责公司核心业务系统的分析、设计和开发工作，根据需求文档完成高质量的代码实现。 - 参与优化现有系统架构，提升系统的性能、可扩展性和稳定性。
- 遵循公司代码规范和开发流程，编写清晰、高效、可维护的代码。

任职要求
1. JAVA基础扎实，精通io、多线程、集合、sockets等基础框架，理解jvm参数调优。
2. 数据结构/算法基础扎实，熟悉常用设计模式，有大模型应用，大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计开发经验者优先。
3. 熟悉Spring Boot及Spring Cloud或者Dubbo等微服务治理框架，并了解机制和原理。
4. 熟悉mysql，优化sql查询语句性能调试，熟悉至少一种较为常见的主流数据库及SQL语言，熟悉NoSQL。
5. 对中间件，如分布式缓存，消息队列，分布式搜索引擎，分布式数据库有的了解并有使用和运维经验.。
6. 熟悉Linux环境下开发部署，了解Shell/Python编程。
7. 熟练掌握Idea、Eclipse、 VS code 等开发工具。
8. 熟悉 DevOps,了解或熟悉docker/k8s等技术。
9. 具有出色的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力。
10.有财务、金融、营销、物流、供应链等系统开发优先
