4. 系统集成与部署：全程参与系统部署规划，覆盖云端、数据中心等场景，推动系统平稳落地。
5. 跨团队协同沟通：深度融入技术决策，联动产品、开发、业务团队，对齐需求与架构设计，保障技术方案适配业务全流程。
任职资格
1、计算机软件、信息工程等相关专业优先，构建技术知识基底。
2、5年以上软件架构设计或技术管理经验，且需具备低代码平台/自助式BI软件后端架构经验，沉淀业务与技术融合实践。
3、精通操作系统、数据库、计算机操作等知识体系，夯实技术基础，支撑复杂系统开发。
技能要求
1. 熟练驾驭Java技术框架（Spring、Mybatis、SpringBoot、SpringCloud等），搭建高效系统架构，保障开发效率与质量。
2. 熟稔数据库（MySQL、Oracle、时序数据库等），灵活运用数据存储与管理，满足业务数据需求。
3. 掌握工作流、规则引擎、报表引擎等企业级中间件，主导过至少一种中间件开发，赋能系统功能拓展；熟悉低代码平台开发，具备架构设计能力，适配敏捷开发需求。
