职责描述（药企方向）：
1.负责公司类器官相关服务与产品在药企方向的业务拓展，与相关部门建立有效联系，及时获得*新动态及需求，建立合作机会；
2.与药企客户进行商务洽谈，负责药企合作项目评估，合作方要求的确认及合同的签订；
3.负责药企客户的管理工作，定期拜访，协调内外部资源及时反馈和解决客户需求；
4.按照公司和部门的发展要求，及时跟进医药研发领域及药企客户的*新药物开发动态，掌握市场信息和行业动态。
5.积极组织参与各项市场活动及外部对接工作，宣传公司品牌并开展市场推广。
任职要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，药学、医学或生物学背景，熟悉早期药物发现、临床前药效评价、毒理学研究等，对类器官技术有一定了解者优先；
2.5年以上生物医药行业销售或BD工作经验，有创新药研发或同类行业经验优先；
3.具有丰富的药企合作客户资源；
4.亲和力好，有较强的沟通协调能力，善于独立解决问题；
5.具有敏锐的市场洞察力，较强的人际关系敏感度。
